Bosch Washing Machine Won't Drain

My Bosch washing machine completes the wash cycle but won't drain the water. The machine makes a humming noise when it tries to drain but the water remains in the drum. The filter has been cleaned but the problem persists. Looking for a professional to diagnose and fix the drainage issue.
